Our Challenge

Kulea faced the challenge of effectively marketing their platform and generating a consistent flow of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and free trial users. This required a targeted advertising and visibility strategy on LinkedIn, focused on expanding their LinkedIn presence and increasing recognition within their target audience (Ideal Customer Profile or ICP). Additionally, we aimed to establish a standardized and semi-automated marketing and sales process to streamline and scale the journey from lead to qualified SQLs.

What we did

To reach the right target audience, we compiled lists of ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) which we enhanced with valuable information through scraping and data enrichment. This audience was then warmed up via targeted content marketing, supported by intent tracking to quickly respond to interactions. With carefully crafted email flows, we converted MQLs into SQLs, substantially expanding the sales pipeline. Additionally, we implemented a standardised user research process using Typeform surveys, which provided us with valuable insights and allowed us to further optimise the customer journey.
