Senior Content Marketing Manager

About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker and highly practical with a passion for content creation within B2B marketing? We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing advanced content strategies. You ensure our content seamlessly aligns with our brand identity and the needs of our B2B clients.
What will you do?
Developing content strategies: You create and implement integrated content strategies that boost our brand positioning and lead generation.
Content creation and management: You coordinate the entire content creation process, including quality control and optimisation for SEO and conversion.
Distribution and promotion: You develop and execute effective content distribution strategies through channels like social media, email, blogs, and podcasts.
Analysis and optimisation: You monitor and analyse KPIs such as website traffic, engagement, and lead generation, using this data to drive continuous improvements.
Leadership and collaboration: You work closely with other internal teams (growth, design, data, and development) and provide the necessary resources and support for effective content marketing within project teams.
Together with our Growth Marketers, you work on accelerating our clients' growth and ensure seamless implementation of strategies, whilst proactively maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
Always staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the industry to keep our content efforts cutting-edge.

About You
You are a proactive and results-oriented growth marketer with a keen insight into growth strategies. You thrive in a rapidly changing digital world and know how to leverage data and technology to achieve goals.
What do you bring to the table?
Education and experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, or a similar discipline).
At least 5 years of experience as a Content Marketing Manager or in a similar role
Skills and expertise:
SEO & Content Optimisation: Experience in writing and optimising SEO-optimised blog articles and web pages to boost organic traffic.
Client cases and playbooks: Crafting impactful client cases and practical playbooks that contribute to thought leadership and lead generation.
Multi-format content creation: Expertise in developing short videos, social content, and ad copy to effectively reach diverse audiences.
Copywriting & ghostwriting: Strong skills in copywriting and ghostwriting for blogs, whitepapers, and LinkedIn posts, tailored to the organisation's tone of voice.
Email & LinkedIn Marketing: Experience in setting up and optimising email campaigns and LinkedIn marketing strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
Marketing automation & analytics: Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analysing data to continuously improve campaigns.
Basic design skills: Affinity with design and experience with tools for content creation and visual storytelling.
Use of relevant tools: Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Figma, Semrush, and other content and marketing tools.
Project management skills: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously through effective planning, organising, and prioritising.
Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

Your workweek is an energetic blend of collaboration, independence, and fun! Every day you dive into the metrics of ongoing campaigns, work on plans and projects, and ensure clients are perfectly informed about the progress.
As a leader within our growing content team, you closely collaborate with the CTO & Head of Growth to accelerate the growth of up to four clients, while devising and executing strategies with the team. Through Slack, you stay connected with colleagues, and client meetings run smoothly via Slack or Teams, depending on their preference.
