About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a passion for digital growth? We're looking for a driven Go-To-Market Engineer to assist companies in optimising core processes and identifying growth opportunities (foundation), automating and scaling existing channels (accelerate), developing new marketing and sales channels (expand), and enhancing internal expertise through training and support in hiring new talent for our clients (transform).

You contribute to growth by developing and executing smart, data-driven growth marketing solutions. In this role, you'll merge your analytical, technical, and creative talents to deliver impactful results, while leading our expanding growth marketing team. You play a pivotal role in devising and implementing innovative digital strategies for clients, with a focus on B2B markets.

What will you do?

Developing integrated growth marketing strategies and executing comprehensive campaigns focused on driving growth, including user acquisition, conversion optimisation, and customer retention.

  • Analysing market data, competition, and customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities and develop strategic action plans ensuring companies stay ahead in the industry.

  • Setting up technology and infrastructure to accurately measure and analyse website and marketing data. You ensure a reliable data flow, providing insights into user behaviour, campaign results, and improvement points to support data-driven decisions.

  • Planning, launching, and optimising data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, social media, and other relevant platforms.

  • Automating marketing and sales processes by integrating and linking platforms and systems, such as CRM software, marketing channels, and tools. This includes streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and creating a streamlined process that enables scalability and consistent results.

  • Developing dashboards to monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to achieve continuous improvement.

  • Working alongside our CTO / Head of Growth and GTM Engineers to accelerate our clients' growth, manage projects, and ensure flawless implementation of strategies, while proactively maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

  • Collaborating with other teams (content, design, data, and development) to realise multidisciplinary projects.

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the industry to ensure our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge.

  • Skills and expertise:

    • Strong analytical skills: You have experience with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, (Mixpanel) and Lead Info to generate valuable data-driven insights.

    • Marketing automation expertise: You are familiar with setting up and managing automated workflows in tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, Lemlist and Zapier.

    • Campaign management skills: You can create and optimize effective campaigns through platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, using additional tools such as Expandi and Phantombuster.

    • Knowledge of optimization techniques: You have experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization through tools like Optimizely, Hotjar and other A/B testing platforms.

Your workweek is an energetic blend of collaboration, independence, and fun! Each day, you dive into the numbers of ongoing campaigns, work on plans and projects, and ensure clients are perfectly up-to-date with the progress.

As one of the leaders within our growing marketing team, you work closely with the CTO to accelerate the growth of up to four clients, while brainstorming and executing strategies with the team.
