Our Challenge
Today.rocks aimed to significantly expand their customer base and optimise the customer journey to provide a better online customer experience. To achieve this, it was important to enhance the UX/UI of their webshop and explore new marketing channels. Additionally, they wanted to reposition the Vivoo product and create a separate website for a stronger brand identity. Another challenge was exploring a B2B proposition for personal trainers, with the goal of engaging strategic B2B partners and generating new revenue streams. Finding the right approach to attract and retain partners and personal trainers, while achieving both B2C and B2B objectives, was essential for successful, sustainable growth.

We optimised the customer journey to enhance the online customer experience, including a revamped email flow that better meets user needs. Additionally, the Vivoo product was relaunched with a unique proposition and its own website, strengthening the brand identity. By cross-selling Vivoo and Today.rocks, we increased value for the customer. We also conducted a review campaign to gather positive customer reviews and boost brand engagement.
Our approach for personal trainers
We developed a detailed B2B strategy to engage personal trainers with the brand. By identifying personal trainers in the Randstad through scraping, we were able to set up targeted email campaigns to reach them effectively. The successful launch of Vivoo has created a new revenue stream for Today.rocks. Ultimately, it even allowed Vivoo to establish itself independently in the Dutch market thanks to our achieved results. Additionally, we introduced two strong B2B propositions for Today.rocks, further strengthening the brand's network and growth. The restructuring of the website, with optimized UX and UI, has also improved the customer journey and resulted in increased conversion.
